The official week of Banned Books is over but we can continue to celebrate our FREEDOM TO READ!!!!! If you’d like to think more about censorship and people’s attempts to ban books listen to Jason Reynolds’ Facebook live event: Ask Jason Reynolds Anything About Banned Books.

Banned Books Week is an annual event to celebrate our freedom and right to read. Take a look at the top 10 challenged books of 2020. Swing by the library and get your picture taken in front of the “Caught Reading a Banned Book” board. See you in the stacks!

Chromebook Checkout Information

Soldotna H.S. is now 1:1. We have 1 chromebook for every 1 student.

Chromebooks can be checked out from the SOHI Library at lunch or afterschool.

Students MUST have a device agreement form on file BEFORE a chromebook can be checked out. The device agreement form can be done on Powerschool or a hard copy can be signed.
